What Zeugma Studio is

Zeugma Studio is an internal tool operated by Zeugma Labs LLC. Our team uses it to create videos about our own apps and to publish them to those apps' own social media accounts. Only Zeugma Labs staff can use it.

Data we receive from TikTok

When a Zeugma Labs team member connects one of our TikTok accounts, TikTok gives us an access token, the account's open ID, display name and avatar, and the creator settings needed to publish (privacy options, comment, duet and stitch settings, maximum video length). We also receive the status and ID of the videos we publish.

How we use it

Only to publish the videos our team chose to the connected account, to show which account is connected and whether a post succeeded, and to read the public view, like and share counts of our own posts. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not share it with anyone.

Storage and retention

Tokens and post records are kept on Zeugma Labs' own computer that runs the tool and are never sent to third parties. They are kept only while the account stays connected. Disconnecting the account in the tool, or revoking access in TikTok (Settings → Security → Manage app permissions), deletes the token. Email info@zeugmalabs.com to have any remaining records deleted.
